    Remote Viewing Problems

The original viewer that came with the CCTV recorder on CD was meant for connecting through the internet. I don't know where that CD is but downloaded an updated version from the Fuho website. I have tried several other remote viewers but they don't work. The port is open according to 'canyouseeme'. I prefer not to publish the port and IP address. I'm not sure what you mean by servers and browser.
  2. I have spent many hours conquering hurdles with my cctv dvr: Fuho SA9060. I bought it about 9 years ago. I have never managed to view it over the internet. I found a copy of the old Fuho viewer, which I finally got to work on my local network. I cannot view it remotely. I have tried the Fuho viewer and a generic Remote Viewer. The cctv dvr is on a fixed ip address inside my network. I discovered my router was overdue for a software update to make the DDNS work properly. They sent me a new router and I have now setup a DDNS. I used 'canyouseeme.org' to check my open port, which comes back as OK. Remote Viewing: When I enter the info into the Fuho viewer nothing happens. When I enter the info into the generic Remote Viewer it says 'connection established' but no cameras are displayed. Any help would be much appreciated

    SA9060

Problem solved. I decided the only answer was to enter all the possible combinations from 1 to 9999. There is no zero, so that must eliminate some numbers. Then I thought just maybe only one of the default digits were changed. So I entered 1111 2111 3111 etc. 1211 1311 1411 etc, and so on until I reached 1131 and got back in, phew!!!! Hope this may help someone else. I have reset password to 1111 and will be writing down the final one I use. One happy chappy. I have spent many hours on this.

    SA9060

The DVR is just asking for a password. No name. I have done this many times before with no problem. The default password was: 1111. It has been changed somehow. I need to reset the machine to make the password return to the default, or enter10,000 numbers until I find it.

    SA9060

I have been using an SA9060 for about 9 years with no problems. Just recently I tried to view an event, which I have done many times before. Now the machine won't accept the default password any more. I have tried taking out the CR2032 and resetting the machine but it no longer accepts the default password: 1111 Can anyone suggest how to get into the machine or reset the password via a hard reset etc. I would also like to re-install the firmware but the only way I can see to do this is to get to the menu, which requires a password Thanks
