    I have the same problem, I am sure that Port forwarding was configured correctly (tested with canyouseeme.org) I can access the DVR HX-16 v2 using web interface on port 80, then when I try to connect using I-Smart Viewer with a Samsung Note 3 on port 9091, I always get "Login fail"
