  1. Hi I recently installed a client PC (Lenovo M900 Win7 64bits i7 6700 3.4GHz 8GB RAM, 256GB SSD), upon which we are running iVMS-4200 2.6.2.6 The client complained about a visual issue in which there seems to be a 'pixelling' effect on each camera thumbnail in the main grid view Having seen the client's screen I can attest that the thumbnails in the main grid view are affected by 'flashing pixels' . All thumbnails are affected, one at a time. It is as if iVMS-4200 is sweeping through all the thumbnails. All streams in the grid view are set as sub/secondary stream views I downgraded iVMS-4200 to version 2.6.1.6 : same result. Changed screens : no difference Updates bios, chipset, LAN driver : no improvement The Intel HD 530 graphics driver seems to be already up to date Other computers running iVMS-4200 on the same LAN are not affected by this issue Any ideas ? thanks yann
  2. Hi I just installed iVMS-4200 on a Windows 7 64bit Lenovo laptop I initiated the login and once loaded I imported my config file From then on it was impossible to logon: instead of admin, there appears the following name : jÂéký?Âó If I replace it with admin, I obtain the following error "User does not exist" I guess it could be my import file that might be off, but it was created a few minutes ago from a working PC Any clues or ideas ? thanks yann

    iVMS 4200 with remote cameras

I had forgotten to add the camera to a group sorted.
  4. Hi I have a few HikVision DS-2CD2132-I cameras installed in remote offices There is no need for an NVR since they are simply used for live viewing I can insert and configure the remote camera withtin iVMS-4200 (2.4.0.6) but the camera doesn't appear in the list of cameras (left margin) of the main view Is what I'm trying to do possible ? If not could you suggest another app I could use to view my remote cameras (grid display) ? thanks yann
