  1. You guys know where to find the apps for the EagleStar Pro 23-4410-08 NVR? Not much online Thanks
  2. What do you guys think of the Panasonic AW-HE130 for outdoor usage? It would be mounted on a pole 25feet up in the air. We have an old Pelco housing with heating element, compressor etc... Looks more for boardroom usage. Bosch MIC7000 or Panasonic AW-HE130?

    MIC 7000 Can't Keep Focus

Thanks for the reply. Would the 1080 Dynamic give us a less blurry video in the dark? It seems that the Starlight cannot cope with high bright contrast mostly bright lights on black as all we get is that star light effects when we hit buildings with lots of lights. We don't need monochrome we are looking for a balanced colour picture where the black is black and lights don't blast the iris.

    MIC 7000 Can't Keep Focus

I've sent Bosch some video samples. They told me to play with the white balance and try different ones!!!! It has nothing to do with WB at all. I've managed to get a decent picture at night by decreasing the saturation and playing with the exposure but unfortunately I don't think you can save those changes as presets. During the day we run everything on AUTO but at night I need to make those changes manually and they don't get saved. What is that Starlight Technology? Any way to turn it off or on? Because that's what I'm getting in the video at night starlights and it makes the video look like out of focus.

    MIC 7000 Can't Keep Focus

Very well built, robust and a nice design. Since we are only testing it before buying. It is setup on a flat surface outdoor with clamps to tie it down. You think that could be the issue? At night time it's more sensitive and it's slightly moving and causing the blurriness? We tested an Axis and it was doing the same thing. The Axis was setup on a pole. But all those cameras should give a decent picture at night time? Comparable or above a regular camcorder?

    MIC 7000 Can't Keep Focus

Standing up in it's "normal" position. What could cause the blurriness? It's too bad because except for this issue it's a pretty good camera.
  7. We are using a Bosch MIC7000 when we frame a few well lit buildings at night nothing stays in focus. Everything is blurry, no straight edges and the signs on the buildings are just a big blur. We tried the AUTOFOCUS, ONE PUSH and MANUAL and nothing helps. What could be the issue?

    MIC7000 I/0 ERROR

I contacted the vendor and he said he can't do it at his end. I need to get in touch with the manufacturer. Just by curiosity how are they gonna do that? There's no mention of anything in the manual regarding a full factory reset on a MIC7000 and I don't think there's any physical reset button on the camera itself. I have a feeling I will have to return the camera so they can manage to do it unless there's a way of doing it remotely through software?

    MIC7000 I/0 ERROR

Rught now it on a LAN with a Cisco switch. I changed the Ipv4 address and I see all the options in the Config. Manager. Unfortunately every field has a padlock next to it. I tried all the passwords I can think of and nothing.

    MIC7000 I/0 ERROR

We're trying a Bosch MIC7000 and for some reasons in the Video Client app all we are getting is I/O errors. Can't call up the camera either on a web browser with it's IP address. Right now it's connected to a LAN, what could be the issue?

    IP address Or Not???

I'm testing a Axis Q6115, how can I control it remotely? Do I need to put the camera on a static IP address? I want to control it around 4 kilometres away. How can I make that possible? What softwares do I need to get everything started? Thanks
  12. OK thanks I was looking for footage of the Axis Q6115 Looks pretty decent and affordable Doest that shaking technology really work?
  13. Very cool. Any reasons why the aspect ratio of the video is just out of this world? Looks like a video stitching feed but even wider

Decoding IP camera feed to HD-SDI

I was playing with that one yesterday http://geniusvision.net/community.html Bosch are supposed to send me a RTSP link so I could check a demo of the MIC7000 I tried multiple times to pull a RTSP feeds on VLC and it's not very friendly but VLC is great overall mostly for MpegTS streams. By the way any IP cameras that do MpegTS on the market that's comparable to the MIC7000 in low light?

Decoding IP camera feed to HD-SDI

What free app do you guys use to monitor any IP cameras, RTSP especially? There's quite a bit of them on the market, hard to pick one!!!!
