  1. Hello, I have a ip-cam and it's connected to a Synology nas. When i open the cam software and i take a picture of a video there are storage on the nas. When the cam is working alone than at any moving he takes a picture and storage it on the nas. But he does not store video on. What could be the problem?
  2. When I was in my ip cam login I can choose between two fields: 1 View Video-Mode 1 2 View Video-Mode 2 In the first option, you can better adjust the cam than in the first, but when I take the first option and I go to I get motion detection "is not supported in the plug" the message Also, when I click on the live video comes: "Download the ActiveX Click" I have this installed but it does not work. I already tried Chrome, IE, Opera and Firefox. Are there people here who can open it?
  3. I'm almost certain that it is in the Synology software. (Surveillance Station) The camera software there are no false shots and no stripes in the image. With Synology's software still stripes. I use it rather Synology software because it is easier to adjust. Which could be to this problem? I have to test reduced the frame rate from 10 to 5 and the variable bit rate to put constant. Now wait and watch. Update : the stripes stay whit this settings.
  4. Live preview is ok. Outside i used powerlan but i also tried whit a long selfmade cable. The long cable is good because with the short cable factory are the stripes there. Wifi i also tried but the same problem. Now i have shutdown synology Surveillance Station and i use only cam software.
  5. The is record material yes.
  6. I have just disconnected the cam and attached to the router. I'll keep you informed.
  7. Yes, the original cable still attached.
  8. The original power adapter. I tried allready whit another one but no progres.
  9. Now, sometimes it is a small line but sometimes it really filled the screen.
  10. Can you see something better in this resolution? The picture is still good but keep the stripes.
  11. Yes, 1280x720. I tried that already.
