Hi, I would be very grateful of any advice or assistance with my technical issue.
Installed a Sannce 4 ch CCTV system with a 2TB hard drive, HD set to 'over write'. All working fine. Been installed about 1 month.
Then, the other day, we were going to show my father-in-law our CCTV cameras on our monitor. All the screens were dark backgrounds, displaying AHD-L/CVBS. Checked through the hard drive was showing as FULL. So, formatted the hard drive again, double checked it is set to 'overwrite'. And still got the dark screens. Turned it On/Off again, checked power connection to cameras and still the dark screen.
I expected the unit to constantly record images, this it has not done, any suggestions?
