    VCL - Ecosence

  4. Hi all, just after some advise with a Vcl dome that an old customer has tried to set up to there ecosence Ive been out on site and checked had to tweek a few things but I'm not familiar with the ecosence and to be frank the new tech support Netvu is not much help I'm attempting to use the dvr 485 bus to control the dome but it's not responding to the controls Any suggestions would be really appreciated
  5. Hi everyone! New to the forum and posting but here goes... I've got a customer with an existing setup, they've gone and purchased equipment to expand there setup then asked me to checkout the job and see if it's all compatible, the problem I've come up against is only with one camera, a DM/8080-36D otherwise known as an "Infinity" however the camera itself is an ip version and everything else is pretty much everything else is analog. Struggled for the past week trying to contact DM tec support to no avail, there's not much in the way of literature on the web. It's possible to incorporate the camera to the setup using the 485 bus line bit thats where I'm up to, any help or points would be greatly appreciated Thanks in advance! Si.

    PTZ problem

Not familiar with your Dvr however if the DVRs provide telemetry controls via RS485 or coax, you will simply have to change the address switches on the head of the dome, this can be achieved by removing the hemisphere cover and located on the top board inside the dome are 2 address switches a yellow and blue one
