  1. I know it's an old thread but still trying out everything didn't helped so far. Looks like this DVR has only support for Web View not for Mobile View. Let me know if there is any solution for this DVR to view cameras in Mobile View.
  2. ____________________________________________________________________ Sorry for the confusion tomcctv. I have listed all the equipments installed below. 1) 2 Hikvision Dom Cameras (DS-2CE56C0T-IRX) 2) H264 DVR (Manufacturer: 360 Degrees Security Ltd.) 3) TP-Link TL-WR740N V6 Router The port forwarding settings was done for DVR as it is having IP 192.168.167.102 on which 8101 is webview port and 8108 is media access port. If there is something wrong I have done in the settings please let me know.
  3. ______________________________________________________________________ Thank you for your reply Securame. I was just trying each and every app available for viewing DVR. I know that the manufacturer of my DVR is not Hikvision. I have also read the documentation provided to me with the DVR. There are no such instructions in that which will clarify anything about mobile view of the DVR. Any other solution?
  4. Hello Everyone, Recently I have installed two Hikvision Cameras in an office. I did all the setup and now I am able to view them remotely using a static IP through a web browser, but I cannot view the cameras on android phone using any app. I have tried all the apps & also tried changing media port settings several times. The IVMS 4500 app gives an error “Receiving data from device timed out.”. Kindly give some solution for it. I have attached some photographs for your perusal.
