  1. Thanks for the responses guys. I think I'll try a few different mail providers too then see that will work. I was actually starting to wonder if it's a problem with my network set up or my router. The response from Yale is terrible! They shouldn't put the features on the menus and in the manuals if we can't use them!
  2. Hello, I'm having issues setting up the motion detection email alerts from a Yale H48000-960H DVR. Hoping someone could spot where I'm going wrong. I have tried to set it up with a gmail account, details shown in the picture attached, using smtp and port 465 but when I try to run a test I'm getting a "failed connect" error message. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
