ok guys excuse me if i posted in the wrong section but anyways.
i have an issue. i bought DVR equipment worth around 5000 dollars in south africa about 5 years back. anyways i called the company recently to help me setup my remote viewing, they helped me with the one device but refuse to help me with the other device. Ive called them they say theyll get back to me they don't when i call again they transfer me to the guy that's supposed to help me and the line just goes dead. anyways i would like to find out if there's someone that can help me to setup step by step my second DVR?? basically i need to know what ip address to use for the second device tcp port and udp port then how to port forward on my router ( d LINK DSL2750u) and lastly how to create a dyndns address for it. the ip for my remote dvr is 10.0.0.108 and the tcp port is 37777 and udp 37778. so according to those can someone help me with the second dvr. thanks a lot and if you guys have any youtube videos that can help out please post. thank you
