Hi all, I have a dvr that is made by blupont, it keeps coming up with this message every 3 - 4 hours the only way to clear the message is to reboot the box, anybody come across this before and know a fix? here is the box

Hi All, I have a H.264 box i got off ebay, at the moment I have to use an app called goodeye to view the camers remotely. Sometimes it is very slow or even fails to load the cameras even if on wifi. Are there any alternatives to view the cameras on my phone, different app maybe? ddns? Here is the box
