    They have Pelco kbd300a. 6800 does not have RS485 PTZ A or PTZ B. It does not support RS485 only support RS422 control setting only. Samsung PTZ does not have UTP+- or PTZ a or PTZ b.

    I replaced Pelco DD423 PTZ camera with Samsung snp 3371 camera. In Pelco PTZ, we used utp connection. In Samsung PTZ does not have Utp+- connection. i ran new cat5 cable for RS-485 protocol. I connected t+- on Pelco 6800 and samsung R+-. I have video and the control did not work. I tried 2 days I could not find how to fix it. Thank advance !
