    Hello there! Im currently in China and am working on the same issue. Had exact same problem so went back to my chinese seller and he configured the camera with the chinese EZVIZ version. Was able to see it in the app and on the IVS,4500 software. Now im waiting to go back home to check if the China Great Wall firewall may have to do with not been able to access the camera via explorer. BTW the vendor access the configuration via IVS-4500 once it was added left clic and configuration. Note: there are two brand EZVIZ and Hikvision, same owner diferent quality. Seems this may be the reason for not been able to access the camera. Hope it helps some
