  1. After doing a little more digging I discovered that BVMS 7.0 does not support sending extended commands for iris and focus for Onvif devices so I guess I found my answer.
  2. We have a newly deployed BVMS 7.0 (DIVAR 7000) system that is connected to a handful of legacy analog cameras. The cameras are Vicon Surveyor which we have working via Axis M7014 encoder and connected to BVMS via Onvif. We have the serial connection from the encoders to the cameras working and have full PTZ and focus from the encoder local web interface. PTZ is also working from our BVMS operator clients but we don't appear to have focus control. I've not heard back from Bosch yet and Axis feels this is a VMS issue as their interface to the camera is working as expected (which makes sense). Via my initial investigation of the issue it does not appear that BVMS is sending the focus commands due to the fact that that auto home timeout (setup in the camera) is not being triggered after adjusting the focus from the BVMS. Adjusting focus from the encoder web interface will cause the auto home to trigger. Any ideas on why this may be or areas that I can look to get more information. All input is greatly appreciated. Thanks, JP
