    Hi Guys, Good day! I just need some help regarding the CCTV installed in our place. We have a HikVision PTZ camera, multiple dome and bullet cameras connected to DS-7600 DVR/NVR. We can view all cameras in IVMS mobile app but I'm unable to control PTZ in the said app. When ever i try to control the PTZ it's giving me [Error Code 160000]. Hope you can help me out. TIA.
