yeah its stuck with a drop down list of 5fps (1,2,3,4 and 5) on the web browser i tried deleting the camera and adding it back no help that way but in the config browser for the camera (not nvr) it was visible, sounds like unv and dahua are not fully compatible even though both are listing as onvif compatible my supplier thankfully replaced it but worried it might happen again

Hi, Installed a Dahua 4k NVR with 3 cams (2 of which are Dahua 4MP turret) and the 3rd camera being UNV 4MP turret long story short... everything was fine all 3 cams were recording at 4MP and 25fps then one cam got stuck on 1MP and 5fps, it wont let me change it in settings I am kind of tech savvy, so i tried rebooting, pulling out the wire, deleting the cam, adding it back and played around with the settings but none of these options worked Is there a way of fixing this 'stuck on 5fps' problem? Thank you.
