    I've bought a "Wireless Pan Tilt 720P Security Network CCTV IP Camera Night Vision WIFI Webcam" (here is a link from eBay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Wireless-Pan-Tilt-720P-Security-Network-CCTV-IP-Camera-Night-Vision-WIFI-Webcam-/261879027859 ). Can anyone tell me does this camera work without internet, or only with internet, and how can I make the camera record all the time, I can't find that option in the app (CamHi).
