    Connect to NVR with a MAC BOOK PRO

    Hello George, I downloaded a software called Blue Stacks. This allows to access Google Play on iMac. Then you need to use your gmail to log in to Google Play. Then you will look for NVSIP in Google Play. And just click and put the camera ID manually. It works for me. Only issue I am facing is that after 1-2 minutes, it freezes and then says "abnormal error happened". Wonder why thats happening? I just posted for assistance, let's hope someone will reply to my issue. Hope this is helpful. Cheers!
  2. Hi all, I have a NVSIP installed through Blue stacks on my Apple iMac. It connects to the cameras and displays all 5 that are in my store at another location. But in 1-2 mins, it freezes all cameras and then after 2-3 mins, it says "Abnormal disconnection happened." and all 5 cameras simply disconnect. If I restart the app, then same happens, it works for 1-2 minutes, then freezes and then gives same error. I restarted the computer. I deleted the camera ID and put the camera ID again. But nothing seems to work. Since I am not a tech guy, so need help. Appreciate if someone can guide me how to fix this? Thank you in advance!
