    Hi All, Thanks dvb, this info helped me out. I used the curl method and it worked great. I wanted a windows utility that performed this function so I coded this small application. This allows me to disable my email alerts when I am home so I don't flood my inbox with useless alerts. Here is the link to download if anyone is interested.
