We have in our facility over 50 CCTV's, which include 3 types
1. PTZ fixed camera by Videotec HEG-37K
2. Dome type camera by Samsung SPD-3310
3. Fixed CCTV without PTZ function
Except for the third type, we are facing some very peculiar issue, whenever the Fiber Optic Digital Link card gets faulty, we replace it with new one, after replacement, the video in control room is OK, but the camera doesn't respond to joystick commands at all, i.e. it doesn't move not matter what. Kindly help in this regard.
