i have buy a 16CH H.264 Full D1 Recording 480FPS Video&Audio Hybrid DVR Card PCI-Express and i have problem because my PC after 5-10 days crases, when i instal the card (instal driver ), for 5-10 days works fine but after that crases(blue sreen etc) I am using win7 any help?

That is very strange, this DVR i used it a month ago with supervisor (mobile phone program)and everything works fine ,now i cant login and i try eagleeyes instead supervisor and yes works fine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I used 9999 or 8080 or 6500 these ports are free (not blocked ). My problem is by cell phone i cant have access, i use supervisor . I can see it now from away pc via dyndns. LOGIN PROCEDURE FAILED This is the answer when i am trying to connect

Hi i have installed an8 ch avtech i set it up network everything ok the port is open i can see it via 192.168.1........ but i cant see it by mobile phone with supervisor program ,when i am trying to connect give me message login failure although i have the corect username and password, and also i cant connect via dyndns from away PC,can anyone help . PS. i have 2 16ch CPcam (AVtech)devices both mainboard problems,can i find any parts?

Ok i am sorry then i have used AVtech cpcam dvr up to now and i was refering to them i thought that, all of them can work as the above (with other browsers)

Tell me something , you mean that you cant see your dvr remote or control it with other browser? Or he want to do something else and you cant do it with other than ie, because he mentioned i cant see live feeds. Sorry if i cant undestand something

If you are not using ie as i said this will work fine

Dont watse yout ime with ie go to google chrome or firefox and install also quik time player then everything will work fine

I have a problem to see my dvr from PC, i can see it via network with video server but no from away (some times from mobile phone i can see ,but not always),i get this: The requested URL was not found on this server I read about clear temp ,but nothing again(i use every browser that exists). in the same PC i can see some other DVR that i have installed on the past, can anyone thing something

I searc it a litle bit and i find the solution thank you scorpion, the solution was i e options security custom level download unsigned active x controls select prompt OK then everythng works fine. Now one more problem remains (other DVR) about java and cellphone or provider issue.

Hi my problem is that i conected to the internet via Dyndns(everything is fne ) i type the ........dns.org and the page is the dvr server menu but no picture from cameras . I think that the problem is from java , message coming up says you need av tech active x needed but i accept to download and nothing happens , any idea ? Almost the same problem i have to another cpd 507 but the problem there is only from cellphone connection (from PC is OK )

At first thanks for your reply ,i dont use 80 i use 6500 88 888 2000 so the problem i dont think is the port that i use ,i think that supervisor is the java software ,but also i try to download from the blue screen that apears .......----download java--- and then .......nothing again , My gues is that i have a problem with the provider but i dont know what might that be to report to them

Can anyone help i cant see DVR by cell phone (everything seems to be fine but ....) I can see by away pc but not cell ,i try to use supervisor syst login and nothing or eagle eyes and nothing again Do i have to use specific port ,do i have bad provider ,do i have ......
