Hi all complete noobie so please be gentle. Ive a Hikvision NVR, 4 POE cameras hardwired in with cables work fine, wanted to add a further 4 hikvision cams but didnt want the hassle of cable so bought the Solwise homeplugs with poe to bridgde the gap. Ive been tearing my hair out as only one camera is seen. I thought I had it sussed by changing all cams to manual and did get all 4 pictures although the picture was a little laggy, around an hour later - poor, all cameras gone. There's power to the homeplugs, devices are paired and "seen" by each other, Ive reset the NVR, homeplugs etc - nothing. Now I cant even get one picture on! Ive been told the issue could lay with my ISP having dynamic IP address, so whenever the NVR is plugged into the router (it normally isnt) the IP addresses of the cameras change and of course cant be found. Ive seen this happen, I made a note of the cameras addreses and sure enough they change. Any ideas on how to rectify this within the NVR please? Completely new to networks and all this talk so kid gloves lol Thanks
