bump

I want to connect a Windows 7 laptop to the camera using an ethernet cable. It worked once before with another PC, but all I get now is this: IVMS detects the camera, but I can't access the configuration for some reason. I tried two different PCs and performed a hard reset of the camera (unplug, hold reset button, plug in while still holding the reset button, release the button after 30 seconds). I don't what else I can do.
