  1. Hello, I am looking for any help I can get regarding this issue I'm having. I have a 100ft bnc+power cable running from inside my house to an outdoor BNC camera. The issue is that when physically touching the BNC connector or the camera itself, there is a mild electrical shock from them. There is a total of 9 cameras, and only 2 of them are having this issue. 8 of the cameras are powered by a DC 12V 5A Power Supply with an 8-way splitter and the 9th camera is on its own power supply. The 2 cameras having this problem are on the 8-way splitter. The Night Owl DVR is on its own power supply. From what I can tell, aside from the shock issue, the cameras are working fine, as in they display properly on the DVR. I don't know if it's related, but a thing to mention is that this 1950s house does not have any ground. I would appreciate any help or advice on what to do with this situation. Thank you This is an image of the camera and BNC connection with this issue: (I tried using for BBcode but it wouldn't let me use it, so sorry about the links ) Product links: Power supply+8 way splitter: https://tinyurl.com/ycjpp7o7 Camera: https://tinyurl.com/y7wta5me DVR: https://tinyurl.com/yddkgffr BNC+power Cable: https://tinyurl.com/yax5xez8
