  1. Hey guys I am thinking of upgrading my CCTV setup (16 2MP analog cameras, Navaio DVR) which is used for surveillance in a club - dance venue. Their primary job is to provide footage / evidence of fights, stolen phones and staff monitoring. I was thinking of going the NVR way this time, since prices dropped in the last few years. Question is...what NVR would you reccomend? Main features would have to be: - 3 MP capability, at least (to be able to recognise faces / clothes / cars' license plates) - good live view and footage search by Android phone app and PC...so Gigabit Ethernet and a decent, stable software is a must. - occasional footage playback done smoothly at 8x or 16x (no one is watching the cameras permanently, like in a casino) - Optional missing objects search in the recordings for easier identification of stolen phones and handbags - Optional people counter for a certain period of time (for verifying that the ticket seller at the entrance does not take money from new arriving customers without giving tickets) - PTZ & Fisheye options - at least 2x6TB capacity - H265 - bandwidth as much as possible - RAID ability would be really nice - Optional POS integration would be really nice, although I am not sure exactly if (or how) that works - budget: 500 EUR (would be able to increase it for the features above) For the cameras, i was thinking: - 3 MP capability, at least (to be able to recognise faces / clothes / cars' license plates) - stable and reliable software - excellent low light and IR performance (most of the important events happen during the parties) - IR to be triggered as late as possible (being able to differentiate colours is very important in identifying people) - Starlight, LightFinder or other technology if it can get the cam to avoid going to IR during the parties and loose the advantage of colour identification - Is this possible??? - use the light coming from the moving heads, beams, and other lights in the club as a light source, even if that light is coloured, in order to avoid going to IR? - Is this possible??? - two fisheye cameras (one to be used above the circular bar and POS - maybe use this one in POS integration if the NVR supports it, and the other above the guy at the entrace where the tickets are sold). These cams must be able to show footage of the colour of the bills - this way I can tell how much money they charge for drinks / entrance / etc. - budget: - 100 EUR, max 150 EUR / piece - for all the bells and whistles (would need min. 16 cameras) - 300 EUR / piece - for the 2 Fisheye cams Thanks so much for reading all my requests and hope you have a solution for me... Cheers!
