    Hi I have a QVIS 16 port DVR and need to reset password. You provided me the reset password ok last time i need it and it worked . This worked last time and i have lost my password again today 09.01.2019 , can you help me with a password to use at any future date please .

    I have the same problem . From my mobile while accessing the QVIS DVR remotely i seem to have changed the live video quality and cant access the dvr remotely . The live video on the monitor connected to the dvr was frozen . Tried longing in but seem to be locked out . date on the screen is 23/07/2018 . Any help would be most appreciated .
