Looking for Boach camera CPP4 old FW

Hello, I have an IP cam micro 2000 HD with an old FW 5.90. I want to update to the latest FW but has to be updated first to 6.1x FW. I can't find that release. Please can somebody help me to find 6.1x FW. Thanks in advance.
