    But which one?

Was? Not yet, they still are, though if the Scottish First Minister gets her way then Scotland will indeed be past tense as a member of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Thanks

    But which one?

I was in the UK when the picture was taken and am still here am in the UK. The view is indeed in the UK. Will YouTube host such a feed? Do I need a specific account? The YouTube URL then points to the website, so visitors can access the feed from the web page? This is the disadvantage of knowing next to nothing about such things. Thanks

    But which one?

You're in the wrong country / countries! You're looking SW from the property, if that helps. £1K? Would that be a reasonable budget? Don't know what a slow tour would be. Static view is anticipated, not roving. The website could host a separate page for the feed?
  4. Hello. I have a fab' view from my window and want to make it available to all. The BT broadband is 4 floors away and we're using TP_Link 600 to get the signal up via internal cables within the property. I am told it's a good signal up there. What do I need? I'd rather not go as wide as this as it would include the flat roof below the window. Are there systems , IP cameras (?) with a fixed long-iso lens which would be good to consider? The camera would need to be attached outside, if necessary we could weatherproof it further if required (?). We have a website via Square Space so thought this would be the ideal portal. Do I need the service hosting? It's a slow moving scene so doesn't need a constant refreshing. Thanks Tim
  5. Thanks but I came here to find more info and that is not really happening. To others reading this post, if you have information to add, that would be most appreciated.
  6. “We”? Dpa? We are still no closer to a working solution now than when I first posted my question, does anybody here have any thoughts on a system that would be suitable please?
  7. Sorry, very confused, you own a hotel, "a view hotel systems in ****ermouth" ? Not sure what you mean, "but don't waste your money on something that your local council is no good." My local council are not involved in my internal CCTV / surveillance decisions. Unsure about the installation, wired needs help doing so, wifi and stand-alone wireless is a better idea. FM
  8. Hello. I have a small shop on three levels and need to ideally have a record of what's happening and what has already happened. There is High Speed BT broadband throughout the building and the units will be inside the building which is approx 15m long by 4m wide on two levels, and 8m x 4m on the third level. High ceilings throughout. Best if I could have a live view onto the two levels above the ground floor where the till / desk is located. Also an idea to have access to review the footage, though space is a problem at the front desk area. Thank you. FM I'm in the northern Lakes / ****ermouth / Penrith area.
