Hello, I have a problem. I forgot password to my dvr, I was not using it for some time since I had another, but now that one broke, so I wanted to switch back to old one.
But now I can't do anything except just connect the cameras and watch live footage, since recording and basicaly all other options are locked by password.
There are 4 users
Admin with capital A
admin
guest
and another one user that I (or the guy who put up my survailance at the time) created.
I don't know password for any of them, and when I put in wrong password, DVR gives me a hint that default password is NULL, but I try 0 and it doesn't work on any user.
Tried removing the battery, for about an hour, and its still asking for password.
I am not sure where instruction manual is since I bought it like 7 years ago.
