  1. Ok I have been going nuts figuring out a solution for my home IP cameras. I have 2 SNV-6084R cameras and would like a central point of management. I have gone to samsung security website and they have all types of software. net-i viewer, smart viewer SSM, etc. I have Power PC that I would like to turn into a NVR but would like the best solution for me. I will have a total of 6 IP cameras. Which would be the best software. I don't mind paying for a links , but need some advice on making a good choice. Hardware NVR would be nice but I feel with software I can have more options on hardware and future proof it. Thanks.
  2. Hello Everyone, I think this is my first time posting. I have been reading for a while and looking to see whats the best setup for my home. I decided to go with two Samsung SNV-6084R dome IP camerars 2.1 MP. Everything is Ok the recording is fine, but the live video always skiping. I have it set to 60FPS and even when connecting directly to the camera still does that. Is that an IP camera limitation. The cameras are set up outside The cameras inside are just Samsung snh-p6410bn but ofcourse they stream and they are a little behind realtime, but even if that's the case I would like to do that on the SNV-6084R. You help is appreciated since I might get two more of these cameras if I can get them to work properly.
  3. Im new to the cctv arena, Im looking for a good solution at home probably and 8 channel card, 4 its good, but I know I will like to add more cameras later on. The geovision seems what everyone is talking about. Any other cheap but good cards outthere, I would like to record at 30 FPS per channel. I think this migh be asked alot so if you find a link that would be just as good. I've been doing my research but so many options. I have learned about all the features that I want but quality of the card/software not much info there. Thanks
