Hi everyone, I have an AVTECH KPD674ZB with firmware 1006-1001-1002-1002 I tried to update the firmware with 1030 release, but it says: firmware upgrade failed!! I do not know what to do.. I put the 4 files in the video viewer firmware section updating, but nothing happens... The problem is also a western digital 500gb WD5000AAKX that it is not recognized by the DVR... NO HDD says... any idea? Thanks
