Anybody has any idea whats the existing high resolution camera.. im looking at least 700 TVL..

Not with an analog camera.

Perhaps an IP camera....??

As suggested megapixel IP can achieve what you are after but you would have to take a drop in frame rate as a trade off or you need to search the web for three chip or three CCD and broadcast cameras. They will give you the resolution with analogue frame rates.

You may be able to get that level of resolution from a black and white analog CCTV camera, but not from color CCTV cameras. The best you can hope for there is approximately 500TVL.

The best from a ccd color camera is around 550TVL but i have seen some b/w cameras w/ over 700TVL
