Post subject: Cameras will not update in IE on a secondary monitor.....

HI people,
I hope that somoene has come across this problem before and might help me.
I am running a PC with 3 PCI video cards connected to three monitors (one PRIMARY and the others as secondary displays in XP) that allows me to view three instances of Internet Explorer.
That was ok when I connected to DIGINET, GEOVISION servers over an IP network.
The trouble started when I tried new DVR cards and software on the server side.
I started having this problem that when I connect (through IE) to an IP server running this new software it looks ok as long as I keep IE on the PRIMARY monitor but as soon as I move it onto a secondary monitor the cameras just freeze until I move IE back onto the primary monitor.
Any help would be appriciated
