I receive my DVRs allready set for NTSC. I have never had to change one myself. I have absolutely no idea how to do it. There is nothing in the manual that I can find!!
I am sorry that I cannot help you. Here is how it is down for another DVR. Maybe this might give you a clue as to how you can change your DVR?
This is for the AVC 781, 782. The 760, and the 761 automatically switch themselves.
5.3 SWITCH N/P SYSTEM (ntsc/pal)
1) Press “Power” button on the DVR front panel to shutdown. Then, press
and hold “►“ first, and press “Power” to switch to PAL system.
(Press the buttons until the monitor shows video images.)
2) Press “Power” button on the DVR front panel to shutdown . Then, press
and hold “◄“ first, and press “Power” to switch to NTSC system.
(Press the buttons until the monitor shows video images.)
Note: Only Model 1 & 2 need to be manually switched between PAL and NTSC
systems. Model 3 & 4 will automatically detect PAL/NTSC system. _________________ Scorpion

QUESTION: Why is there always enough time to go back and fix it right a second time??
