Post subject: pc dvr problem
|
Hello everyone.
Can anyone please help if they can. Im installing a pc dvr into a pc, installed the card & software but it comes up saying file 12 not found when we try to launch the system.
The dvr is an 8 chanel 240fps model SDVR-880D. has anyone any idea were i have gone wrong with installing this card. would realy appreciate some help.......

have you installed the driver of the card? or just the server software?

Hi thanks for the reply,
After i installed the card i put in cd disc & clicked on setup.exe for server software. Do i have to install a driver before this.

sir you have to install the driver first before installing the software.

Hi thanks for your help.
Ok i have now removed everything to try start from fresh.
Only problem is that from the disc i see the driver , when i click it it gives me about 4 versions i.e windows 98, 2000 , xp an so on. when i click for say xp driver its only comming up as a read only file & not the driver installation software & its the same with the others. So its as though the drivers are not on the disc at all. Is there anywhere i can obtain the drivers i would require. All i keep getting on the screen is the diginet picture & at the bottom of it it says loading display driver but it doesnt move on from there.
Can anyone help.....im going nuts with this.
