You Should specify the model /make atleast... there are 10 thousand speed domes available in the world..and hundred methods to control!!! Was you controlling it previously?? and sudenly lost control?? Else Must be in Auto Mode by default... What is the connection bet the Cam & Keyboard / DVR?? Any controls buttens available on the dome??..check d manul..else come with details ...then only we can help!!
