Can't get camera menu

Hi could somebody please help

I'm trying to get the menu on my ptz camera using my dvr (iris)

All the leads are right and pushed in,

It worked fine untill iv change the pelco from D to P

Iv take some photos, just to show you what I mean

There are no dip switches on this ptz all done using the dvr, Iv also preset 95 OSD but that not working also

ok iv just tryed that and nothing happened,

this is what I did, I went into the device dvr then ptz the preset 64 / 54

then went to the ptz / more (in there I have Aux open / Aux close) and preset and goto / patrol

i click on Aux Open, then preset 64 / ESC / and click Iris (+) and nothing, i don't have a joy stick only the mouse

my camera is made by maxx digital Model: MDV-PTZ-MSDE
