can't access to my cameras with mobile

hi

 

i don't know what did i wrong

 

i have a dvr with 3 cameras, work great while connect dvr to a monitor

i can see all my cams picture without problem

the problem is that i can't see my cameras with android mobile application "Meye pro"

 

i fixed dvr ip, when i enter to the dvr with internet explorer using it's static ip

i find:

tcp port: 8000

http port: 80

udp port: 8001

rtps: 554

 

i opened all those ports with dvr ip on the router

create dns and make update good

 

but in the app on my phone

in local i put:

name: camera

adresse: 192.168.1.30

mobile port: 8000

user name: admin

password: xxxx

 

i don't get a picture, juste buffering (with black screen)

 

the same with remote access

i pute the same things except adresse ip i replace it by my dns

and also i can't access

 

what's wrong mates?

not familiar with that app, turn your wifi off on your android where You only have 3g or 4g signal

Put in your wan IP. using port 80 ( not your local IP)

username and password try your luck
