Need help on setting up 3-camera system

Hi, I've been given a task to setup 3-channel system for outdoor monitoring of one flat block. I've got 2 cameras which are Messoa and were previously installed and possibly running. I think of getting 4-ch TVT recorder and 3 analogue IR cameras if the 2 are not compatible? Can you recommend me other system, which will run on iPhone, Samsung.... TVT got SuperCam software. I thinkg you can try the brand Hikvision, you will be surprice with its price and quality.
