What PTZ camera would you use - 150' away?

So my neighbor said I can install a camera on his roof to watch the front of my house his roof is about 150' away and has a great view of my house, I'd like to do a PTZ camera, unless something else is better, but the control is very attractive to me.

So the connection will be wireless - to my router or his.... I think mine reaches his roof line -- so need some ideas and some expert advise and recommendations
