Costco's Lorex 8-Channel NVR w/4 3MP cameras

Does anyone on the forum have any experience with the Lorex 8-Channel NVR w/4 3MP cameras on sale at Costo's for $499? http://www.costco.com/.product.100277302.html

I want an 8-channel system with at least 4 cameras from either Swann or Lorex that I can add to later. I'm looking at 1080P/2MP or 3MP systems. I haven't decided AHD, TVI or IP, but I lean towards IP with TVI a close second. Any feedback would be appreciated.

Hi. Your Costco link is a good unit. And is a plug and play with auto setup.

The ideal way to set it up is do not switch on the unit till it is all fitted.

Install all cameras connect all cables connect monitor and connect to network .... Then switch the recorder on and go and make yourself a cup of coffee as the unit takes 10 to 15 minutes to set itself up.
