About Face Recognition and Recording Faces Individually

Can anyone please give me any suggestion about FACE RECOGNITION CCTV Surveillance System?

An Example of the Requirement:

One building is monitored by Security Cameras, now 1 camera is somewhere at the entrance of that building and building authority wants to keep record of People's FACE into database of all existing people of that building by assigning each FACES a name and other details for FACE RECOGNITION SYSTEM. Those faces who are not saved / recorded in that database should be recorded as NEW FACES and building authority wants to see all NEW FACES separately from the record on a daily basis or weekly basis. There will be an option to SAVE new faces into DATABASE as a regular or existing person of the building. And much more that I couldn't think and write down right now.

Any help regarding this matter will be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance and sorry for my poor English.
