Need help with Samsung SDR-B74301 mobile app

Up until a few months ago my system was working beautifully, now I am unable to view my cameras using the WiseView mobile app.

 

Are there any tips to get it working again? If no, are there any other reliable mobile (samsung/android) apps I can use?
