How do i setup a fixed camera that is delayed?

I run a fitness center and i want kids to see the skills that they are doing so i have cameras all over the place and on tramps i would like all the cameras to be delayed to the computer by 15-30 seconds so that they can see what they are doing right and wrong

there are more professional solutions as well, all depends on your budget.

Or just put the DVR/VMS in "Playback" and rewind to whatever previous time you want, say 30 seconds from "now", then "Play" the footage. Many DVRs and VMS's allow you to play back a salvo of multiple cameras in "synchronized playback" and many of those allow you to toggle maximizing one pane of the salvo, to see one camera full-screen, then back to the salvo.
