connect a cam tru the net to the server

I have to connect a camera in en other country to our avigilon server.

We already have en internet line in the other counrty (no fix ip). i guess that i need en DDNS but what whit the prort forwording?

Any body already any expirience whit this?

it's a analog to ip converter.

located in Paris en the server is in antwerp.

we have a busines line of Orage (no fix IP) at our disposal.

any sugestion to how i have to setup this link?
