rs485 problem

hi there

i buy a hikvision 4ch nvr hd and connect bullet ip camera via onvif protocol

video is streaming but ia cant receive any signal over 485 port for ptz controler

i attach a ptz controller to ip camera

how can i use rs 485 over nvr?

in setting i have 3 option for rs458

1 ptz

2 keyboard

3 rs 485

wich option must be set?

You need to set the address and data speed on the NVR to match the setting on the PTZ. Usually when you power cycle the PTZ, it will tell you what it's settings are on the screen.

all setups configured but nvr dont send any signal on port 485

i have rs485 tester that if recieve any signal show on led

in dvr led blanking but in nvr any signal and fix led

Did you try to reverse the wires at the DVR?
