Tradewalker 0 Posted September 11, 2014 Hi, We have a Digital Micros DS2 system with three dome cameras and the remainder static cameras. I have the NetVu Observer software on my PC and on reception and both can view all the cameras and control the dome cameras using the software. I'm now trying to install the software on two other PC's and both will not allow me to move the dome cameras. I've checked and they're all using the same version of the software, same browser, same Java version, etc., so can't see what's causing this to happen. Anyone any suggestions? Tradewalker 0 Posted September 12, 2014 Looks like we've sorted it. It was simply a case of the router wasn't allowing the control data through as it had been restricted by IP address. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
