(SOS) problem with meye app on android

hi all

i connect to my dvr and watch carefully all cameras on lan network with meye on android but i cant see this on internet with static ip!

when i try to connect to dvr with static ip in meye android app it say "connection seccesfully" but dont show my cammeras!

where is problem?

Have you selected reuseable in the account setup for the account you are using? It is selected by default if you are using the admin account usually butif you created user accounts you need to select reaseable or whatever other DVRs call it.

Hi. Sounds like you have not set a port for your dvr.

You will see over LAN Your dvr even without port

But using WAN ( your static IP ) you need to add port number.

It's a bit like making a phone call and asking to talk to John

Phone number 02345-6789 then ask for John ..... Connection.

Static IP 240.54.78.xxx then port 8080 ........ Connection.

So the local IP you use while at house to connect to dvr .eg 192.168.0.x ........ You need to give that a port number on your router
