Is Lorex LH018 series compatible with other DDNS service?

Dear friends

I have a Lorex LH018000H 8ch, in order to access it through mobile phone the server of Lorex DDNS is blocking me, I just cant create a DDNS on that site. So, I ask if this products is compactible with others DDNS servers. If so, wich I can use. Thanks

check if your ddns name format is correct.

Some ddns require the name to start with letter, all supposed to be small cap, etc.

Hi. Did you buy your dvr new and from lorex ?

You can use any ddns service and then add that address to any dahua app.
