Remote viewing without modem or router?

Hello All,

I'm a property manager at a 40+ unit apartment, and the previous manager installed a CCTV room in a remodeled storage room.

I was wondering if there would be any way to view the CCTV footage live from my apartment without an internet connection in the CCTV room. I was thinking something along the lines of a power line adapter, or some sort?

Could any experts point me in the right direction? Thank you.

I'm afraid that powerline adapter won't work between apartments. If your apartment is +/- one floor from CCTV room you can establish WLAN connection or make an outdoor link if possible.
